Is it real???

I opened a business account today at USE for Citrus 7. I have been doing my banking there for a while and trust them. They are a very personal bank and I highly recommend their services for nearly all your banking needs.

We do, however, also recommend doing other savings and online financial business with ING. They have great high interest savings, CDs, money markets, etc...without the charges you get from other banks.

So with this move, I am prepared to begin my stint as self employed. I will be interviewing some professionals in the next couple weeks and trying to get some advice about the best ways to:

Pay estimated taxes
set up a 401K for myself
create my accounting database

I have done a bit of work already, but of course any help would be appreciated form the masses out there.

I did find that NOLO was a great resource. In fact, my wife bought me some books from Nolo Press for Christmas, which was wonderful...but I also found that the IRS provides quite a few resources as well.
